  Great selection of quality products, lovely clothing section,what a shame some of the staff doing the order picking are blatantly rude with faces that look like their chewing a wasp

  I wanted to share my experience at the Tesco Horsham/Broadbridge Heath store, even though this happened some time ago. After shopping there, my partner and I returned to our car and found a Tesco employee pushing his vehicle against ours. When I asked what he was doing, he told us he was “teaching us a lesson” because of the way we had parked. The whole situation was completely unacceptable and particularly frightening for my partner. I reported the incident to Tesco Customer Services and then followed their advice to contact the store directly. Customer Services acknowledged the complaint, but despite sending the full details to the store management and asking them to investigate and respond, I received absolutely no response from the store itself. After being a Tesco customer for many years, the incident was disappointing enough, but the complete lack of follow-up from store management made the experience even worse. Very disappointing way to deal with a serious customer complaint.

  We visited Tesco late at night, and the upper floor was already closed. I asked one of the staff members if we could still get the item we were looking for. Without any hesitation or questions, he said, If you want, I can take you there. Even though it was late and almost everything was closed, he still took the time to help us and made sure we got what we needed. That small act of kindness genuinely meant a lot to us and is the reason I wanted to take the time to leave this review. Mr. SteveLee (I hope it’s the correct spelling) thank you so much for your kindness and helpfulness. You are truly hardworking, and your attitude towards customers deserves to be appreciated. Tesco is lucky to have someone like you! ⭐️

  Today I tied my dog outside the shop as the car would have been too hot. When I came back to get my lovely dog, I saw someone had put a bowl full of water for her. I don't know who did it, but that was excellent. Thank you very much for taking care. I think it may have been the lovely trolley guys outside.

  Absolutely disappointed in Tesco's today. First disappointment went to the bread counter no paper bags to put uncut loaves in. Wandered around the store found a young chap who said he could help and off he went to find the bags, still waiting I spoke to a young lady who works explained no bags do off she went to get some which she did, then chap appears with bags yippee. Problem was bakery shuts at 5.00pm I was there at 5.10 wow there must have been a rush. It looked very untidy when I looked on. Next complaint only one bloody till open on a Friday evening how stupid is this. The prices Tesco charge you would think they can afford more staff to manage the tills. Won't bother going back. Self-service is great if you want to use them but some people prefer customer service. Couldn't fault the two staff who helped find the bread bags. But come on Tescos make a greater effort in manning your tills and I would suggest the bakers today up before they leave and leave out plenty of bags.
