  Ordered from here twice. First time was brilliant, and exactly what I expected from Papa John's. Tonight food took almost an hour to arrive (having been shown as delivered for almost 40 minutes before it came) and arrived almost cold and with the wrong drink. To be fair, the food did taste great, but not the service I would expect.

  Absolutely terrible experience from here on multiple occasions. Food late, they partnered with Uber who never deliver on time. Cold food, rock hard garlic bread. Offered me a voucher for the late delivery, used it and arrived late again and I had to spend money to get the "free' pizza. The only reason I ordered the few times I did is because Papa Johns had better vegan options than Domino's and now they've taken lots of it off the menu so I definitely won't be ordering again.

  Staffs are really friendly and good service everytime we visits. We never had any bad experience. Wanna mention simranjeet (the staff) who is really friendly and proffessional.

  I decided by some lunch from papa johns but I never excepted the service to be this terrible DON’T COME HERE WHEN THIS LADY IS WORKING . I went in to buy food from papa johns where I was greeted by a rude and arrogant hijabi woman she was so disrespectful towards me when I was ordering my food she was so loud and annoyed showing unpolitelyful gestures rolling her eyes, being unhygienic scratching her head , face and I was just really buffled by this experience THAT I THREW THE FOOD IN THE BIN AS A LEFT. She came and handed me the food with wet hands leaving her finger prints all over the box just shows how much she cares about hygiene.BE CAREFUL WHEN ORDER WHEN SHE IS AROUND THE SHOP. I will never come in the shop if she is there.
