  Great service, great coffee but the food could do with a bit more inspiration, I had the greengrocers choice the avocado was a bit OTP and the bun and veg sausage and bacon a bit bland but the staff were very helpful thanks

  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Exceptional breakfast and outstanding service from Tatiana! What a fantastic experience at Sussex House Kitchen & Bar at Gatwick North Terminal! A very special thank you to Tatiana, who made my visit truly enjoyable. She was incredibly friendly, welcoming, attentive and professional. Her warm smile and genuine hospitality made all the difference. The breakfast was delicious, the atmosphere was lovely, and the service was absolutely first-class. As someone who has worked in hospitality for many years, I truly appreciate exceptional customer service, and Tatiana is a perfect example of how it should be done. Tatiana is a real credit to the team and deserves recognition for her outstanding service! Thank you once again for such a wonderful start to my journey. Highly recommended, and I will definitely be back! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

  Visited this Gatwick Airport branch on 23/09/26. The food was nice but the staff were exceptional. Really friendly and considerate. These days one is so used to non verbal interaction so it was be a surprise to be acknowledged and engaged with. I accidently knocked over a small jug of milk and the delightful man who cleared it up made no fuss. Your staff are a real credit to you.

  Lady on the bar was amazing today, definitely made my day with that kindness earlier in the morning ,I believed she goes by Tatiana. Food was amazing aswell, loved the Monte verde wine as suggested. Definitely recommend.

  Had a really nice experience here. Eating at airport restaurants can often feel quite impersonal and rushed, but this place actually had a really nice atmosphere. The service was really friendly and we really enjoyed our meals and drinks. My sister had the chicken and ham pie and I had the chicken curry, both really nicely seasoned, well cooked and good quality. Will definitely go here again the next time I’m travelling.
