  Missing side which was ordered, asked the driver at the door where it was and he said it was in the box. But the time I opened the box and saw it was missing he had driven off. Called store and said they could only remove it from the next order, no refund or wait an hour for the driver to come back. Totally ridiculous

  Absolutely Disgusting paid £50 and didnt even eat a slice undercooked soggy had a hair in it and they wouldnt refund me i cant believe how bad it was and i strongly recommend you avoid this branch

  Had a pizza few weeks ago and it was great. This time it was undercooked, not enough cheese and too much tomatoe base so didn't taste that nice

  Customer satisfaction is zero. You can’t even make a change 1 minute after ordering because they say the order is already being prepared. If a pizza takes 1 minute to make, why is the rest of the wait so long?
