  We left after only getting one out of our four items before we needed to go to our gate. We left plenty of time to eat. What I don’t understand - why have an open kitchen when the cooks are standing around chatting most of the time and having zero sense of urgency at an airport restaurant? Extremely poorly managed kitchen. At least provide a warning to people when they sit down that it will likely take 30 min+ for a dish to come out (they didn’t even deliver the cold sides)

  Even though the restaurant is not that busy there are lots of noise from the kitchen, The service was really poor, and the food itself was the worse experience, I usually order katsu chicken curry from Wagamama, and I could tell this the one I had in this branch wasn’t tasty at all , in fact I feel it might make me sick..!!!

  Server was unattentive, and basically seemed like she couldn’t be bothered. No pace which may be important as it’s an airport outlet. No one cane to ask if his our good was. Asked for sugar and took so long I got it myself. No chopsticks on placemat. Worst service

  First time at this Wagamama and it was a very good experience. Food was fantastic, came quick and on time, the atmosphere was nice. Also, a big thanks to our waiter Summer, who was extremely helpful, welcoming and patient, even dealing with my specific food requests! Its great to see young people working hard and making sure that people get good service, especially within airports where we already have to stress about travelling. Definetely would go again!!

  Nice looking place for a rest while waiting for a flight - that is until you order something. I ordered a coffee and eggs benedict. Firstly, you have to pay using their QR code, where they want you phone number, email address, the name of your first born and more. Then the food was actually awful. The eggs bene came in a bowl with water at the bottom, so the english muffins were soggy at the bottom. The muffins were not toasted at all. The bacon was overcooked and cold. The eggs were overcooked, and there was only about half a teaspoon of hollandaise sauce. On the other hand, it was a decent coffee.
