  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I work at Gatwick North Terminal and often come to Wagamama in the Terminal Village to eat while I’m working downstairs in retail. I had another amazing experience today, as usual, and I especially want to mention Ana, who was my waiter. She was so friendly, attentive and professional, and made me feel very welcome. Her service was excellent! It’s always a pleasure coming here, and Ana is a real credit to the Wagamama team. Thank you for another lovely experience! ❤️ Highly recommended! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

  Came here for breakfast, we were quickly seated and our server Ana came to take our order. Ana was very friendly & chatty. Was advised our food could take up to 15 min but my husbands omelette arrived within5-6 min and mine around 8 min, service was quick and efficient. Wagamama is not a cheap eaterie but with fast friendly service was worth it.

  Ana was absolutely 💯 👌. Warm welcome, great service with a smile. The smashed avocado on toast was wonderful and the virgin bloody Mary was divine, the bang bang hash browns is a lovely addition and its a big side so perfect for sharing. Definitely best breakfast at this airport. Cant wait to return. Keep up the good work.

  I was just visiting some family from abroad and decided to stop by this brilliant franchise. The hospitality was utterly incredible. I had the chance to grab the name of one of your staff (DJ), and she had made me feel so welcome and was incredibly friendly, accommodating and willing to answer my many questions regarding recommendations!! Her service was amazing and I would highly recommend this place to anyone interested.

  was very disappointed with the customer service at Wagamama today. I ordered a meal for my child specifically requesting no onions and no chilli, as my child would not be able to eat it otherwise. Unfortunately, the meal was served with these ingredients, and when I raised the issue, the manager came over and told me they would not change the meal because my child had already eaten from it. I found this response extremely unhelpful and disappointing, especially as the mistake was with my original order. I expected a much better level of customer service and understanding.
