  I had higher hopes for this restaurant. We arrived at about 7am and waited about 10 minutes for a table not a problem. We were then put in a corner. We requested a highchair 2 times before we got one. The man hosting also had no idea what our table number was so couldn’t order off the menu / app. The service was INCREDIBLY SLOW. Took forever for a waitress to come over. Then I asked again 2 times for tap water before receiving any. Food was mediocre. Disappointed and not what you need before holiday.

  Great breakfast and Angelina was a fantastic server. I was made to feel comfortable and was at ease with the time between receiving my meal and boarding my flight. If I visit Gatwick airport again I’ll definitely be back. Thank you Angelina.

  From the moment i walked in, Klara made me feel truly welcome. Her warm smile and attentive service set the tone for a wonderful experience. She was friendly, professional, and genuinely passionate about making sure we had everything i needed. It’s rare to come across someone who brings so much warmth to their work — Klara is an absolute gem and a real asset to this place. Highly recommend visiting just to be served by her!

  My daughter and I just walked out before even ordering! I sat down and seen a special offer for a pizza and a drink but couldn’t see it on the app . After 5 mins I asked a member of the team a young guy small dark about the offer he abruptly said you can’t order it on the app ‘ and walked away NO GUEST EXPERIENCE!! I work as a GM in a chain and I would have been embarrassed if any of my team treated a guest like this

  I didn't have a good experience as when I arrived at the restaurant Sonoma at Gatwick North, the waitress briefly approached me and said that if I was in a rush, I could order through scanning the bar code on the table. I did so and I received the notification that my payment failed twice. I then asked for the same waitress to take my order. After a few days I realised that I was charged twice for the same meal. I understand it was very busy, however, I saw the same waitress asking the orders of customers who arrived after I did. To be honest, I won't visit your branch any more following my unpleasant experience despite the dish I had was fine.
