1st time ordering from East Grinstead and most certainly the last. After 1hr 10 mins I called to see where our order was ..was asked lots of questions very ubruptly by an Indian man only to be told there isn't an order I explained the money had come out and I had a confirmation email with an order number and tracking ..still said he didn't have the order! Asked him how do i get a refund?! he replied..customer services but couldn't be bothered to give me the number said look online. It's been a few days still waiting for my refund 🙃

Absolutely outstanding experience at Domino's East Grinstead! The food was piping hot, fresh, and incredibly tasty-perfectly baked crusts, generous toppings, and exactly what we ordered. Service was brilliant too: friendly, efficient, and super polite every step of the way. Even the atmosphere felt welcoming and clean-great vibes all round.
