- ELEmma LouiseOct 7, 20255.0We had fantastic and friendly service from our waiter Jake. This was our first visit to TGI Fridays in years, and we’ll definitely be returning soon! The food was delicious, and the excellent service made the whole experience even better.

Firstly it was my daughters birthday, when I booked this table I put that on our notes and asked if they could maybe sing happy birthday when they brought out my daughters dessert out. They didn’t even say happy birthday to her the whole time we were there let alone sing to her. They had about 6 tables to tend to in total and the wait for the food time was ridiculous considering they weren’t busy. They sat us on a dirty table to begin with so we asked to move. When our mains eventually came out my husbands burger was so dry and rubbery which is unacceptable for the prices here. He picked something else off the menu so had to eat on his own by the time they brought it out as we had all finished.. the staff clearly hate their jobs and don’t care about customer service! We don’t live in the area so drove 40 mins for what was meant to be nice a meal birthday meal and it was anything but a nice experience to be honest, maybe the staff can learn there’s no harm in acknowledging someone’s birthday especially a child’s! £115 down and not impressed. Won’t be returning..

How can I amend my Click & Collect order?
Unfortunately, you will not be able to amend an order after placing it as payment will have already been taken, and in order to limit the amount of orders to keep you and our teams safe. If you wish to cancel an order, please contact the restaurant you placed an order with, and they will process this. Please be aware that refunds take up to three to four working days.
How can I cancel my Click & Collect order?
Please note that orders can only be cancelled if your collection time is at least one hour in the future. If it is less than an hour until your collection time, please call the restaurant at which you placed the order. They will ask for your order number, and once your details have been confirmed our team will process your refund. The money will then be credited back to your account within three to four working days.
Do you have Vegan & Vegetarian dishes?
We offer a range of vegetarian and vegan options, which can be found on our menu pages. Please be assured that we take necessary steps to avoid cross contamination in our kitchens. However, it is not possible to guarantee that dishes are 100% free from inadvertent traces of non-vegan or non-vegetarian substances as we produce vegan dishes and meat dishes in the same kitchen.
