  terrible customer service very dismissive. me and my boyfriend went in to tesco yesterday to gut some food for dinner, we accidentally left a bag from a previous shop at the till that we shopped at, full of about £40 worth of stuff that we both needed. we called up and told them that we had left this behind and were told that it was "too busy to check at the minute and we will need to wait to see if anyone hands it in." Great! Thanks! we just left the store after going to the customer service desk and informing them that we had left this behind and that we'd called yesterday. she for some reason wasn't understanding that our left behind items weren't tesco items and from somewhere else, she then told us to stand to the side whilst her colleague went to apparently check with the team leader from yesterday, she came back not even 2 minutes later and told us that unfortunately nothing was handed in and "the next customer must have picked it up." she then dismissed us to leave. Okay. so you're saying that it had been stolen yet you won't get us a manager or even opt to check cctv, as we knew what time we visited yesterday? we understand that it is our fault for leaving it however we would've liked some kind of support and more investigation. absolutley ridiculous, imagine you getting told that you think your items have been stolen and then being dismissed. awful awful.

  During alterations produce not necessarily in correct aisle, but assistants very helpful.

  Just cycled across town to get sone shopping. Get ther cycle racjs have gone. Asked in store and told they have been removed as part of the refurbishment. Guess I need to go elsewhere in future.

  I've been shopping at many Tesco's for 50+ years & this is The Biggest & busiest Tesco I've ever been in !! Not saying that's a bad thing ! Just couldn't help but be a bit amazed !

  Friday 7th august 13:00 , Ian on till 27 took so long to scan shopping through, was too busy looking around the shop, 3 customers in front and 30 mins wait time, would never have this anywhere else, picked the wrong job for this man
