  awful burnt burgers with chewy meat and crunchy buns. the restaurant is also quite dirty.

  I ordered on their app a couple of weeks ago which let me order for 23:20. I arrived at the store after a 20 minute drive (as you might tell I’m usually a big fan of their burgers ) . I get to the store for 23:20 to be told sorry we are closed and to contact customer services . It’s been two weeks now since I emailed them and no response and the store won’t provide a refund or anything .
