  It’s alright, it’s very expensive for what it is. The chips are great but the rest of the food is sort of “meh.” Especially for that price.

  Elliot was brilliant made a fabulous burger and customer service is outstanding. The five guys team at Crawley are amazing and super friendly with speedy service

  10/10 every time. I’ve never had an issues with this store the food has always been hot and very tasty. Yes it is a little on the pricier side but it’s well worth it I world recommend five guys to anyone who loves a good burger with lots of variety.

  ★★★★★ Really great experience at Five Guys! The atmosphere was welcoming, relaxed, and really clean, which made it such a nice place to sit and enjoy the food. The fries were fresh, perfectly cooked, and the portions were amazing as always. A special shoutout to Harry, who served us — he was incredibly friendly, polite, and attentive the whole time. He made us feel genuinely welcome and gave excellent customer service from start to finish. It’s rare to come across staff who are that positive and helpful, and he really made the visit stand out. Will definitely be coming back!
