- SSSamOct 4, 20263.0Great coffee shop and excellent selection of drinks and things to eat. Very friendly staff. However, their toilets are disgusting and clearly haven't been properly cleaned in a very long time. I will attach photos of their unisex toilet (I didn't check the disabled toilet). I cannot ignore hygiene risks, especially what appears to be weeks/months of grime or dust and mould. Not what I expect from a premium coffee shop. I sincerely hope this is fed back and resolved before I next visit.

Tables were not cleared and clean for over half hour that I sat there. I cleaned my own table with wipes in order to sit. There was trash on the floor as well. I may not go back because a place where customers eat should always be clean.

On 1 occasion, where I used my Three rewards voucher was told the £1 voucher system wasn’t working, which I accepted. However, when I returned two days later, I was again told by two members of staff that it wasn’t working. One of the female staff member then kindly said she would try it anyway — and it worked straight away. This left me wondering why nobody had actually tried to process it in the first place. I was also told that the voucher can only be used once a week, which I am fully aware of. My husband has his own voucher, so we are entitled to use two separate vouchers, it won’t work anyway if used twice and only valid for 1 hour once activated. These vouchers are part of a paid subscription, not simply free coffees. Unfortunately, the whole experience made me feel unwelcome, unlike Caffè Nero, where staff are always friendly and happy to help when using the reward.
