  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had such a lovely experience on my first visit! Sidra provided amazing customer service and was so friendly and welcoming. I wasn’t sure what drink to choose, so I asked her to recommend something refreshing and cooling. She suggested the Cooler drink and I took the caramelised peach cooler , and it was absolutely delicious — the perfect recommendation! 🍑🥤 Even though it was close to closing time, Fidra was incredibly kind and still allowed us to sit down, relax and enjoy our drinks without making us feel rushed. Thank you, Sidra, for making our first visit such a positive one. Great service, great recommendation, and a really lovely experience. I’ll definitely be coming back! 😊

  We had visited this coffee shop before and had a lovely experience, so unfortunately this visit was very disappointing. We ordered the avocado on toast, which comes with a salad. Last time there was no dressing on the salad, so when ordering the exact same thing again, we naturally expected it to be prepared in the same way. This time the salad had dressing on it, which wasn't an issue for me personally, although my mum is quite particular and therefore didn't want the salad. The bigger issue was the toast. It was so overcooked that we genuinely couldn't cut through it — it was like a brick. I took the food back and politely asked if it could be remade. The lady I spoke to appeared visibly annoyed by this and reluctantly agreed. When the replacement arrived, it was actually worse. The salad portion had been reduced by around half and what remained looked very tired and ropey, with some of it appearing past its best. The avocado toast itself was also around half the size of the original. They used the very small end pieces of the sourdough, which, particularly given the price, I wouldn't consider an appropriate portion for avocado on toast. At that point, I simply gave up. It honestly felt as though the replacement had been made smaller out of spite because we had asked for the original to be remade. The attitude and facial expressions from the lady certainly gave that impression, which made an already disappointing experience even worse. I do want to mention that the gentleman serving us was lovely — very friendly, helpful and considerate. Unfortunately, the same cannot be said for the lady who dealt with the food. People are sometimes going to have an issue with their food and ask for it to be remade. That's not an unreasonable request, especially when the food is genuinely overcooked to the point that you can't eat it. There really shouldn't be an attitude attached to simply fixing the problem. We left still hungry because the replacement portion was so minuscule. Considering how lovely our previous visit was, this was incredibly disappointing. Unfortunately, we won't be returning.

  We had a great breakfast at Passion in Crawley this morning. The Full English breakfast was excellent, with seven different items and generous portions. If you enjoy a hearty breakfast, you’ll love it. The restaurant is spacious and has a lovely atmosphere. A special thanks to Ashabab, who was very friendly and welcoming, making us feel at home from the moment we arrived. Great food, great service, and well worth a visit. Highly recommended! Full English 早餐非常丰富 ，有7种内容，喜欢吃丰富早餐的客人，一定会喜欢，餐厅很大气，店员Ashabab非常和蔼，热情打招呼，今天上午在Crawley 可以在Passion用早餐，非常值得

  We’ve been here before & enjoyed the food. Last week with it being so hot we were ‘encouraged’ in by a board advertising a ‘Caramalised Peach Cooler’, then saw their ‘Peach & Prosciutto Flatbread’ - neither disappointed! Sidra expertly made & served them, she was very friendly & helpful & the whole experience was a very good one. The only reason I have knocked off one star is that it was a bit of a wait for the food, but it was definitely worth waiting for (although An extra slice of prosciutto would’ve gone down even better!)
