  AVOID AT ALL COSTS! Extremely poor experience with Domino’s Crawley Pound Hill. Would give 0 stars if I could My order arrived cold and not fit to eat (after arriving 30 mins late) despite being a significant delivery order. The quality was unacceptable and we had to buy food elsewhere. When I contacted the store, the manager Imran refused to issue a refund and was dismissive throughout the call, which ended abruptly by himself hanging up!!! Completely unacceptable service and I have escalating the matter further.

  Cannot fault the customer service here. We need a special order for someone with ARFID and were given a suggestion as to how we can obtain that. It means we need to order in store but it makes the food accessible as a treat for someone.

  Great service by Pankar , food on time and very polite person. will order again
