- ZLzoey louise4 days ago1.0On 3 separate occasions in the past week I’ve bought dairy products and they’ve all been spoiled. Ice Cream is left on the shop floor for ages before being put in the freezer. Stock is always out on the floor as well as trollies making it hard to manoeuvre round the shop especially with a buggy. Staff put sit on the floor and put stock all across the floor when stocking shelves to the point you feel like your doing an obstacle course stepping over it and never want to moove out the way when asked of you can get past. They never want to assist anyone on the new stupid machines that have been set up. They’re always so so rude. And to top it off when my mum went in the store they accused her of not paying for £49 of shopping. That she didn’t even do! When asked for proof such as receipts and cctv they’ve couldn’t come up with anything. Yet they let the local crackheads help themselves to what they want and do nothing about ot!! this has become a poor excuse for a shop in the past few months to the point where I’m now going the extra mile to shop at a different store. The only good staff member is AJ. never had a problem with him and he’s always been lovely. But the rest of them are running it like they want it to close down. Absoloute shambles that needs to be investigated and needs massive improvement!!!!
