  Ordered a whoosh delivery. Got someone else's bag. I don't mind as my order not that important but someone else is missing their chocolate cakes chocolate desserts, chocolate éclairs, eggs, juices, drinks, etc etc. Four out of 7 of my previous local orders had cheaper substitutes or reduced items in my delivery bag though the receipt said "no substitutions" and was still charged full price - or in the same 4 of most recent 7 orders there were 4 missing items altogether! Have not complained until now as I know it can be a challenge and as a former Tesco employer I know how hard staff work but... Not good. Have used Tesco Whoosh for a long time in Stansted, in Cambridge, in Crawley / Horsham never had a problem once, but having moved to local area Chichester am not overly impressed with the local service. Come on Tesco - you are far better than this.

  I Bought a dessert here to bring back to the hotel, started eating and it tasted strange… looked at the label and it was 4 days out of date, felt sick after so very disappointed that a Tesco store would sell out of date stock
