  Went in store to collect, staff were rude, one guy cutting the pizza was wiping his nose with his wrist while chopping someone else’s order, chicken was undercooked, pizza was near enough cold and had what looked like eyebrow hairs on it

  If I could give no starts I would. I ordered and it said they were making my order and I waited and waited for the food but it didn’t arrive it said when the driver turned up he couldn’t get in to get it. So they took my money accepted my order and then just didn’t make it or didn’t let the driver Collect.

  Ordered today via their app and the 6pcs milk choc cookie isn't available. He said there are only 5pcs left so either I take it or swap it with a Giant choc cookie which I don't like coz it's harder compared to the ones I want. Manager said they won't compensate for it and they can't do a refund either because I paid by card. Now I swapped it with a Ben and Jerry's Ice Cream which is £1.20 less than what I ordered and I don't even get a change/refund/drink/anything to compensate for their shortage. And when the food was delivered I asked for a receipt he said the printer is broken and rolled is eyes! FFS! This is sabotage!

  Had cheese and tomato pizza with my boy , not too bad . garlic dip was really good, took about ten minutes

  Well they are usually good ... but tonight well they forgot my bag sauce . Was gonna be the star of the show with my chicken poppers which btw are great ... but no bbq to go with . . So disappointed 😠
