I would avoid mornings at all cost, you’re more better off getting a meal deal in Sainsbury’s as the wait times are atrocious. Better yet there’s a McDonald’s just down the road, wait times are superior than here! Floors are dirty throughout the day, brick cold food and staff never acknowledge you!! Bins are dirty, my compost would be cleaner than their bins. Service during the day doesn’t get much better, the wait times for even a simple coffee takes over a minute, don’t even ask for your food to be reheated as they take forever plus most just stand there! Would not recommend!! Edit: You can’t even get your food reheated up, there’s even an oven behind them but they refuse. Talk about bad service😒 Update: Came back here a few days ago, nothing has changed even worse the bins looked awful, the food was severely ice cold. Wait times were god awful. One person on tills and they didn’t even look like they knew what they were doing.

What happens to your leftover food?
We’ve been donating unsold food for a long time. Originally our bakeries would team up with large charities who would help distribute it to smaller organisations.
This process remains in place, though we’ve also worked hard to increase the amount of unsold food donated by our shops and we currently support a network of 1,077 local good causes.
In 2022, we redistributed 1,800 tonnes of unsold food through our Outlet shops. A share of the profits from the outlets, totalling £450,000, was then donated back into the communities we serve.
