  Found a hair cooked into one of our sides. Contact CS, got offered a free side as compensation after having the throw an entire £40 order out due to hygiene concerns. Asked to escalate the complain and was refunded £6, asked to escalate again and have been ignored until I chased them and they told me they closed the ticket. Appalling hygiene and customer service. Asked how to escalate again via twitter and was told I’m not allowed?! Awful.

  Disgusting pizza, ordered bbq base and it arrived literally swimming in bbq sauce completely inedible.

  Awful service, from ordering the pizza to being delivered was over 1 hour. 20minutes for the delivery from store to my home (less than 1 mile) pizza was cold, base was dry, hadn’t been cut properly, all in all a very disappointing meal

  Absolutely appalling customer service from poorly mannered ingrates. Despite me showing proof that I'd placed and paid for an order they claimed not to have received it and "John" was about as helpful as a chocolate teapot, so I've been left having paid for goods that they didn't provide. Hacked off is an understatement!!!

  Avoid this place waste of money order large pepper passion hot pizza they just put some pieces of toppings i have papa johns vouchers as well they refused to accept the voucher i think its okay may be some stores doesn’t accept but food is shit no taste no topping just waste of money
