Pizza came with lots of toppings and was cooked to perfection. Had a wonderful lady called Emma who helped me out over the phone with some amazing customer service. Pizza was delivered promptly and was still steaming hot. I will be ordering again from such an amazing franchise.

Found a hair cooked into one of our sides. Contact CS, got offered a free side as compensation after having the throw an entire £40 order out due to hygiene concerns. Asked to escalate the complain and was refunded £6, asked to escalate again and have been ignored until I chased them and they told me they closed the ticket. Appalling hygiene and customer service. Asked how to escalate again via twitter and was told I’m not allowed?! Awful.
