- DGDave GMay 28, 20261.0Always slow to get served staff are generally looking like their dog has died and speak to you like all their dogs have died at once (they speak to you like your a piece of dirt on thier shoe) you have to ask to be served/ go and collect a member of staff to get served. I understand people having a bad day, but its like they have all got together and decided life's just to hard to live, and to show it all over their faces and speak to you like it. They say there told by higher ups to work like that but I just dont understand the structure and the lack of smiles and customer service training. Iv not really experienced this in other big brand shops. the other co-op is absolutely fine by the railway crossing. Iv spoken to other local people and there similarly upset, its a shame really.
