  14/10/2026 19:31 ordered our food was told most of the stuff was out of stock? Chichen nuggets for 1 milkshake machine not working finally got our food after 20 min wait and the food was cold and looked like it had been slammed together and no it wasn't busy. The guy who served us kept tutting because my autistic son didn't know what he wanted as he only really eats nuggets. This Is the second time of having a bad experience with this burger King. All other site we have not had a single problem. I hope thay sort there staff out before thay lose alot of customers. I will not eat there ever again

  Peak lunch time and 4 staff working. "it's not our normal station" being the response when multiple people start to complain why each fast food order is taking over half an hour from order to collection. Just another example of how badly run Butlins is!

  3 of the kiosks dont work and they dont take orders at counter and they dont accept anything from the app. Its cheaper to get the bus to town instead

  Cant comment on the food, ordered and it took nearly an hour for anything to happen. Gave up and got a refund, that took long enough too! No one was dropping fries, staff looked like they didnt want to be there. The front server was rude and miserable. Refused my refund as machine gave us blank paper instead of a printed reciept. We had to ask to escalate and then a manager took over and helped us. Miserable experience when you go to a "fast food" place to try and grab a quick bite on holiday with kids. Save yourself some trouble and try somewhere else... also the manager that helped us came from Chopstix, Butlins you are severely understaffed and it shows in the experience.
