i ordered my subway off from uber eats at around 11:40am this morning. i waited until around 12:55 when my time of when my food kept going up, i went onto help support on uber and i had been shown that they had DECLINED my order. i cannot currnently walk that very far without being in so much pain due to me twisting an ankle. PLEASE sort yourself out whoever declined my order

Staff training needed - most servers will get the gluten free bread out of the freezer and defrost it in the oven. There's one server that says gluten free bread isn't available because it's in the freezer.

Disgraceful establishment that dosent care about service. Ordered through uber waited over an hour an a half still saying preparing, by this point they have taken my money so I called and no one answered and it was fully open but they were just ignoring the phone Its disgusting and ignorant to the problems they cause

I can’t believe that i have to give one star, not worth it
Came in to the shop and waited for over five minutes and walked out. No service
I had to stop somewhere else to get something to eat!!
