- JJJulieSep 29, 20261.0Made to feel like an inconvenience when asking for a receipt and asked ‘did you not hear it on the screen’ when I was trying to get a bag which have been locked away behind the tills. Lady with short blonde hair and glasses. Muttering stuff under her breath that I actually could hear!
- JJJ JSep 29, 20261.0Really disappointing experience at Co-op on Tuesday 29th September in the morning. I had to wait for someone to come to the till so I could pay with cash. I appreciate staff have other jobs to be doing, but ultimately, without customers, there wouldn’t be a job to do. When I eventually got served, the member of staff simply wasn’t friendly or welcoming. I was made to feel like I was somehow inconveniencing her or doing something wrong simply because I wanted to pay with cash. It honestly felt like I was being treated like a criminal rather than a paying customer. Paying with cash is still a perfectly legitimate way to pay, and customers shouldn’t be made to feel unwelcome simply for choosing to use it

Tourists with bank problems, we were thankfully able to fix it quite quickly back in the appartment.
