  Pretty poor experience. Whilst the cafe was revamped when Tesco was done, the service was poor. We visited on a Saturday afternoon so fairly busy, but not many places to sit as loads of dirty tables which were not getting cleaned. The lady bringing the food and drinks had no idea where anything went which we observed from her walking past multiple tables where the food was meant to go. Very slow wait times, 15 minutes for tea and a Can Fanta, 30 minutes for a Mac and Cheese.

  Ordered 3 breakfasts and coffees coffees come within 5 mins breakfast followed 32 mins later stone cold we were told we could have some free coffee for our wait as we had drank ours but they never arrived , will never be going in that cafe again shocking service

  Waited 50+ minutes for a breakfast and when the breakfast finally come it was freezing cold other than the hash browns

  Visited on a Saturday afternoon when the café was only about half full, so we expected a reasonably quick service. Unfortunately, that wasn’t the case. We ordered one jacket potato and one bowl of hash brown bites, which took around 40 minutes to arrive at the table. When the jacket potato finally came out, the side salad was missing. After asking a member of staff, it took another 10 minutes for them to come back and tell us there were no salads left, without even an apology. Surely they could have mentioned this when ordering?? This was disappointing, especially given there is a very large Tesco directly downstairs, so stock availability shouldn’t really have been an issue. Overall, the service was slow and poorly communicated, and the experience fell well below expectations. Not impressed.
