- PMPaul MarshallSep 21, 20261.0Ordered fries and chicken nuggets Monday 21st around 5am Fries were warm and limp, nuggets were warm and clearly been reheated. The store was not busy. The female manager who was from an eastern European country ,argued , she said she had just cooked the nuggets .The fryers are in clear view and nobody went anywhere near the fryers. Requested a refund. Went to the new McDonald's at plas coch, ordered fries and tnought id try a cheese burger . I told them about my experience on regent Street . I received a freshly cooked burger as i had to wait it wad hot as were the fries, cridpy, slightly oily and clearly freshly fried. Comparison was like night and day. Plas coch will probably go down hill ad its only just opened ,McDonald's focuses on speed and not quality . Overall i go there out of desperation.
