I went to order for my friend and myself. Having placed my order i waited & waited & waited. It was apparent that there were only 3 staff working & the orders were coming thick & fast as a crowd from the football match had arrived. I heard the supervisor say to a new customer hgat there was a backlog & they weren't taking any more orders After 25 minutes l noticed that my order had disappeared from the collection screen. I asked the server & he stared at his own screen with no response. After a wait he informed me my order wasn't on the screen & offered no explanation or remedy. At this point l asked for the manager & a lady in a white blouse appeared & l got a refund & we left. On our way out l related what had happened to my friend & he told me that while l was waiting another McD employee had been outside smoking! Shambolic place
