- TRTanith RobertsAug 13, 20261.0Absolutely abysmal service. Went in to order- no other customers in the premises. A member of staff said 'can you order on the screens'. Ordered and paid here- went next door to order my sons food returned staff just finished cleaning the bread really and another member still at the sink in the back kitchen. Painfully slow to watch them prepare the sandwiches and no interaction from staff at all bar from 'order 46' . Took food to car, found the cheesy bites were soggy and undercooked and when we arrived home we found the sandwiches that were supposed the be toasted were not much better soggy more like! When You pay good money you expect a decent service and quality food!!! Subway sort your staff and food out!
