  omg my food was absolutely lovely the person who made it (millie) was super lovely and gave me a 10/10 experience she honestly deserves a raise she was also so polite aswell she went above and beyond with my order and quickly help resolve an issue where something was sold out she dealt with it with the upmost support and I cant thank her enough

  The young female worker was arrogant and rude ignoring customers. She needs the sack. Shouldn’t be working is customer service places!!!!!!!!

  Second time in a couple of weeks that I have been to this store and they have sold out of ham. There is often at least one of the ingredients they don't have, whether it be one of the types of bread, or a promo item. How bad is your stock control, that you keep running out of ham, one of the most basic fillings? In future, I'll just take my business elsewhere. The services has gone downhill since it changed from Shell, to ASDA anyway, as there is no high octane fuel, it's just cheap crap.

  Came in today for a sandwich, got that and good service! Was served by Alex and Jess, both of whom are lovely. Well priced food as well.

  Genuinely one of the worst places to go for food. The staff here are rude and don’t care about their jobs at all. Every time you order from here they get so much wrong, like an inconceivable amount wrong. Ordered delivery/pick up a few times and they are always missing something. Instead of just telling you something is missing they either just throw some random item in, or just leave it off completely. When you complain to staff they basically just shrug it off like it’s not their issue. They often get meat wrong too, I’ve ordered pork and been given beef, ordered chicken and been given pork, so be very careful if you have dietary restrictions. This site is also closed so often, at times they are supposed to be open. You try order 2 hours before closing and they tell you that you can’t because they have already turned stuff off. It’s a shame because subway are usually decent, but this one location is genuinely awful. Would be better if they changed this to literally anything else.
