  Having just been to this store I was wishing to purchase flowers there wasn’t many available so I went to ask a colleague her name was DAWN she was putting magazines out I asked her if anymore flowers her reply “ I don’t know ?” I asked if she could find out she said she only does magazines ? I asked if she worked here as she had uniform on ? She said yes but only magazines again!! I asked if she could find anyone to help she said there’s probably lots cages in back but no one do them I just walked away as she was unwilling to help just wanted to do her magazines 😡 Tesco says “happy to help” not in this case 😡 very annoyed and upset with disappointing service if DAWN doesn’t want to help customers she should go elsewhere

  Popped into Tesco mobile today having had a slight mishap with my phone (just general data problems) and was served by the most helpful, friendly and approachable member of the team, she was incredibly keen to help and got my new sim within minutes. Massive thanks!

  Massive tesco, plenty of verity, massive car park, free parking for a time limit, all on one level so accessible to everyone's needs. Big open isles so your not shoulder to shoulder with other customers. Self survice and staff on tills ready to help if needed. There is key cutting outside, somewhere to lock your bike, bus stop very close, right next to the Rugby stadium.
