  Absolutely amazing service at Subway Orford Neighbourhood Hub! 🌟 The staff are always super friendly, polite and welcoming. They work very fast, even when it’s busy, and the sandwiches are always fresh and perfectly prepared. You can really see they care about their customers. They also serve the hospital, which makes their job even more responsible — and they truly are professionals in the right place. Organised, efficient and respectful, exactly as it should be in such an important environment. 👏 It’s always a pleasure to collect from here – professional, organised and with a great attitude every time.   Ridiculous the staff wouldn’t swap onions fir tomatoes on a sandwich - what a jobs worth ( didn’t want both) ridiculous as he was making this sandwich right in front of me - last visit here for me

  It’s a shame I have to leave one star! Zero stars would be more than adequate! I called at this Subway to get a coffee whilst my daughter was swimming. The guy who served me was rude and arrogant. If his attitude is like that with all customers then it’s highly likely that one day he’ll be wearing the coffee instead of serving it! Please Subway…… you need to vet your employees a bit more carefully! This said ‘employee’ had absolutely no customer service skills whatsoever! It’s needless to say that I WON’T be using this Subway store again anytime in the future!

  placed an online order via uber and when my food got here you had placed the freezing cold drinks ontop of my toasted subs causing my food to not only be cold despite requesting warm food but the condensation from the bottle had made my sub soggy. i tried to request a refund and have heard nothing back and even tried to call your restaurant serveral times about the issues and no one even answered the phone! my food was inedible because of your employees and they didn’t even answer the phone the many times i attempted to fix the issue. it is shocking that i did not get my order remade or refunded as i could not and stil have not eaten this order!

  Came into the neighbourhood hub at around 11:30am on 21/03/22 and I was greeted with a friendly smile and communication approach, there were two very kind men working at the front and they were Antony and Phil (sorry if spelt wrong) x
