  Lukewarm temperature delivery over twice of the allotted delivery time. If the business can’t handle delivery times they need to amend the online timescales

  Walked in and the order showed as ready. At least 4 staff on shift and took 5 mins for someone to even acknowledge me. Even when they walked over and asked for my order, they just got on packing the delivery orders. Then got told that it’s not ready and other orders were being handed out before mine. Food ends up bang average and it’s not the first time from this store.

  Delivery driver lied about attempting to deliver, lied about trying to ring me. Store said they would give full refund, they lied and didnt. I rang 3 days later to them saying they didnt action the refund so was willing to take my money for nothing. Terrible customer service.

  ordered and got the completely wrong order, rang up and they ended the phone as i was explaining the issue and refused to do anything to help.
