  Very poor. An offer made with high frequency via radio ads was not honoured by the outlet. The staff were at best, uninterested.

  Would’ve put 0 if I could have .. Where to even start , walked in to the place smelling like it was on fire everyone’s eyes burning because of the smoke, about 15 people stood waiting Orders food , goes to find a table and there wasn’t one table that was clean or had left over food and rubbish on Food took 25 minutes to come to our table , I asked if the table could be wiped to be told I’ll do it later I’m to busy to do it now to then respond I’m eating my food now not later to then receive I’m to busy Both adults burgers were stone cold, that cold that the cheese hadn’t even melted , the kids chips were cold , the onion rings were that burnt I nearly broke a tooth biting into one The place was packed and had about 3 young staff members people waiting ages for there food which was undestandle with how understaffed they were Milkshakes on the floor that had just had a cone and a chair put over it rather than be cleaned up The list goes on, absolutely shocking we walked out half way through our meal Very disappointed and will never be returning

  Service was slow despite not being particularly busy! Onion rings weren't the best, more bread/batter than onion.

  Popped in this afternoon to grab a quick bite to eat... it was far from quick. Over half an hour for a freezing cold burger. A number of customers including myself were getting frustrated, a member of staff announced there had been a problem with some of the cooking equipment and they were waiting for beef, there was a mound of burgers going cold waiting to be handed out 🤷🏻‍♀️.

  The food here always comes out quick and the service is genuinely good, which is exactly what you want when you're popping in for a fast bite. The main letdown, though, is keeping the dining area tidy. The tables can often be quite dirty, and they definitely don't get cleared or wiped down fast enough for my liking, meaning you sometimes have to hunt for a clean place to sit. As for getting parked, the actual car park is a little small, but I’ve honestly never failed to find a space. Even if it is absolutely rammed, the B&Q car park is right next door as a handy backup if you ever struggle. It's a decent, reliable stop—they just need to stay on top of the tables a bit better!
