  This place is an absolute joke poorly trained staff can't get a simple order correct and the toilets are a disgrace

  I used the Burger King app as usual, but staff refused to serve me at the drive‑through — said it would “mess up the till.” When I asked why suddenly, they gave no proper answer. Worse, they refused to give their names when I asked. Unprofessional, obstructive, and completely unacceptable. I want this investigated.

  Very expensive for average food, and you order and pay for a large milkshake to be told they only do a medium milkshake but dont offer you money back, and the milkshake did not taste like strawberry so changed for a large coke instead, would rather eat mcdonalds than go back to burger king.

  They had no fries, or almost any other sides. This was at 8pm, not late. It took some time to be served even with only one other order being processed, as most people left due to the lack of fries.

  Not happy at all ordered food there yesterday was in the drive through waiting for 25 mins just to be given the wrong order. Had to wait an extra 10 minutes to get our food. Not happy at all as they forgot 2 chips and alll the sauces we paid for. Absolute joke
