  Hands down one of the worst food and customer service experiences I’ve ever had. Ordered pepperoni pizzas with hot honey drizzle and received pizzas absolutely flooded with it. The bases were soaked, soggy, greasy and completely inedible. Straight in the bin. I complained through the proper channels and was told the Hoylake franchise would contact me. That was months ago. They couldn’t even be bothered to acknowledge the complaint, let alone resolve it. Utterly disgraceful. This franchise clearly has zero standards, zero accountability and zero respect for paying customers. If you enjoy wasting money on terrible food and being ignored when things go wrong, this is the place for you. Everyone else: avoid. There are far better places nearby that actually care about food quality and customer service — this isn’t one of them.

  Ordered a thin crust pizza and a regular crust pizza on Sunday night, they were both overcooked especially the thin crust one, you couldn't even make out what toppings were on them, disgusting, will never order from them again. It's definitely a "domino no no" from me. I have a photo but no option to upload it on here.
