Recently made an order that was delivered to the wrong road. I have autism and struggle to communicate in phone calls, so I used the email address listed on their site. Obviously didn't expect an instant response. Got an automated message, then two days later an email saying they don't monitor the email address listed on their website (so maybe remove it?). Follow recommendation given in this email, fill out form, and now I get calls from them... I just don't think this is necessary, I gave enough information, and you'd hope they would store tracker coordinates for a bunch of reasons. Attached is the final state of the tracker with my location cropped out, which wasn't difficult since clearly they delivered to entirely the wrong street. Anyway, they robbed me of 28 quid so I'm not ordering from Domino's again full stop, not just this branch. Consumer's responsibility is to go nuclear in these events imo. Now as for the food itself, when it does come, it's not the best Domino's about. I've seen drivers doing sojourns deep into West Kirby before they come back to deliver to places many times closer to the branch. One time they blatantly swapped the pepperoni for some vegan alternative that was so vile I couldn't eat it (funnily enough they refunded that one!). Sometimes the pizza will be fine, but too often it will be lukewarm. You'd be better off going to the Upton branch if at all possible. (I'd recommend a non-Domino's place in Hoylake, but there isn't really one afaik... there was a good Neapolitan pizza place but that shut down years ago. RIP)

Hoylake dominoes used to be brilliant. Not anymore. Burnt, cold pizzas and charcoal cookies after an hour wait. Utter waste of money. I'd avoid it, massively gone down hill recently.

Food is obviously good, a dominos is a dominos although the service is no exaggeration the worse I’ve ever had. Fairly frequently visit this dominoes and always get awful service. The workers always take a good 4 minutes to work the till and pizzas always take too long. Not to mention I’ve never had a worker serve me and actually speak fluent English.
