- EEEm2 days ago1.0Staff really need to work on customer service skills and management needs to have a word. Very slow on drive through, no please, no thank you.. or even apology for the long wait on a small order. Came here at 11pm last night and all drive through staff were pretty shocking to speak to. Was given wrong order too and no apology for that either. Only positive is that the food was hot for once
- BJBug Jones3 days ago1.0Disgusting honestly this McDonald's should be shut down permanently. The food it's disgusting the order is not even correct. I always order a plain chicken burger with cheese, but it came with lettuce and no cheese. The burger looked like it has been thrown around LITERALLY. The interior is just disgusting and not clean just not a good environment to be cooking in. Staff vaping outside like they don't care the staff was rude to me. I'm so surprised this McDonald's is still open.
- RRRichJun 15, 20262.0At this point it’s pretty much lucky dip to see if you get what you ordered. Past three visits there’s been at least one item missing. Or one not made correctly. On one occasion I ordered a happy meal only to get home and fries were missing. So a very unhappy meal. You complain get a voucher for a free meal but I’m now at the point where I won’t use it and very unlikely to visit again

Outside was disgraceful, whole north-ish end of the carpark was covered in discarded Mcdonald's packaging, I know it was 05:00am & the empty, carpark showed it up,for how bad it was, been blow right up to & in the tree's at the far end, wouldn't mind there are bins everywhere & i know Mcdonald's can't stop litter bugs & clever wildlife, they do have a duty to the area, environment & cleanliness. Come on Maccies get the rubbish picked up. Please.

Already stone cold when I got home, cheese had rehardened. So it went straight in the bin. And I didn't even check the drink, turned out to be a coke... Which was flat. Cheers. Edit: the lads that served me where sound
