  Beware if you order on the app! It said there was a problem and the order could not be processed to call the store. I did and they said it hadn't been successful and to try again, I did this and then discovered I had two orders so called again. They said they would cancel the second order and refund it... I'm still waiting for a refund, customer services head office have now been involved and my bank are investigating both transactions.

  got charged twice for the same order got told 5 working days to get the money back, it didnt get refunded called them back got told up to 12 days its now been over 12 working days still no refund been charged £80 for two pizzas. having to take it up with head office and my bank now. not worth the hassle
