  Went to drive through none on there to take order for at least 3mins, I said hello and girl shouted ill be with u in a min with a scary attitude,i then went on to order my food ,happy meal and chicken sandwich with fries, girl was so unpleasant, I went to the pick up window to receive my food when collecting it the bag was stone cold so I put my hand in to feel my food was cold to, I asked the girl to replace the hole order as by time i got mine my grandsons would be cold, she snatched it and told me to wait by next window, but I waited in a safe bay, the girl who finally brought my food out was so pleasant, I asked her if I could check the order, but unknown to the staff I picked a bit of the bun to make sure I never got the same burger, when I checked again it was the same burger as before, as i have had the same issue before and had suspicions that they have just microwaved the same burger so didnt want to get caught out again , i went into speak with a manager a small slim girl with blondish her, she gave no apology but said she will have to check if she can replace it, she came back and said yes she can , I then waited another 10mins, all through this ordeal the only staff member that apologised was the girl who brought the food out to me,well done for your customer service 5 star, the staff were all rude, als we want is hot food and a smile isn't that what customer service is, and thats what we pay for, if you dont want to be in the job then give it to someone who does, will not be returning and will be telling my family and friends

  Ordered a Fanta zero & a raspberry sprite, received a coke ?? No idea how they’re the same or how 2 drinks amount to one. Ordered no lettuce on one burger, no pickles on the other. Both burgers had pickles & lettuce. Ordered 2 mcflurries, got no mcflurries. Very confused on how someone can get that so wrong and miss that many items but … sure.

  Food and staff lovely toilets left a lot to be desired. Only a disabled toilet available for use by all, floor were around toilet, no toilet paper and smelt of urine.
