  We stopped by the Burger King at Unit 4, Marine Point in New Brighton for a quick bite to eat before catching a film at the nearby Light Cinema. Being situated right on King’s Parade makes this branch incredibly handy if you are out with the family for a day by the seaside, visiting the bowling alley, or just looking for a straightforward, hassle-free meal after a walk along the promenade. ​The service during our visit was the standout feature. The staff behind the counter were very pleasant, polite, and worked through the orders with impressive efficiency. Even though there was a steady stream of customers coming in, the team kept the queue moving quickly. We used the digital self-service kiosks to order, which are straightforward to navigate, and our food was bagged up hot and ready within just a few minutes. ​Food-wise, it hits exactly the middle-of-the-road standard you expect from the chain. The flame-grilled flavour of the Whopper was spot on, and the burgers were assembled neatly rather than just thrown together, which can sometimes happen in busy fast-food outlets. The chips were fresh and nicely salted, and the chilli cheese bites we ordered as a side were perfectly crispy. However, the soft drink dispenser area could have used a bit of attention, as it was a little messy with a few spilled drinks, and a couple of the tables hadn't been wiped down promptly after the previous diners left. ​The seating area inside is clean and modern, though it does feel a bit compact when it gets busy during peak times. Overall, it’s a perfectly reliable, decent choice for a quick, convenient meal in New Brighton. It provides exactly what you'd expect from a standard fast-food chain, elevated by the speedy service and helpful staff.

  If your looking for a place to comfortably sit and enjoy lovely food at a great price with amazing customer service then burger king new brighton is the one for you. If your looking for a super helpful and kind server Alisha is your girl! Can't thank her enough for her service.

  I eat at Burger King 2–3 times a week, but the Whopper meal I had at the restaurant for lunch yesterday was the worst I’ve ever had. It should have been made according to the standard recipe, but the burger patty was burnt, there was far too little ketchup, and the onion rings were soggy, as if they had been sitting around for a long time. I was very hungry, but after just one bite, I felt like throwing the food away. I believe better quality control and food management are needed to ensure customers receive food that meets Burger King’s standards.

  The only table left outside was in the corner by the bin, as we has a autistic child with us she wanted to sit at that table, I went in to order food and it was busy, only 2 workers were at front of house, 2 cooking burgers and 1 cooking fries. I ordered my food, which was 2 childrens meal(never came in a box) and 2 adult meals, I asked 1 of the front of house could they come and clean my table, the reply was " can I not find another table " to which I replied " no I could not as my child who had chosen that table, I told them I would wait until I got the food for it to cleaned, food came table still not cleaned, so I asked for something to clean it myself, again was told this could not happen as they could not give a cloth. I had to use a lot of napkins and my own water to clean the table. Not happy at all. Yes I cleaned the table after I used it from uneaten food.

  horrible very dirty and food is disgusting drinks taste like sparking water coke spilled all over seats onion rings left a horrible taste in my mouth would not recommend u could find sand that tastes better 2 minutes away at the beach I went to Burger King expecting a quick meal, but honestly it was one of the worst experiences I’ve had. The whole place looked dirty from the moment I walked in — tables covered in crumbs, sticky floors, and bins overflowing. It didn’t feel clean or looked after at all. The food was horrible. My burger was cold, the fries tasted stale, and there were onions absolutely everywhere even though I didn’t ask for extra. The drinks machine area was a mess too, with spilled drink all over the counter and floor. One of the drinks even leaked everywhere before I got back to my table. The staff didn’t seem bothered, and the restaurant just felt chaotic and unhygienic. Definitely not worth the money, and I wouldn’t rush back anytime soon.
