- HSHelen ShennanSep 15, 20261.0You'd think WW3 had broken out the way they ration food in this subway. I asked the guy for extra gurkins, he turned the stingy 3 into 4. I asked again and got 5. You'd think I was taking the food out his starving child's mouth. I also ordered nachos with cheese. This subway is located next to a cancer hospital. Id just had chemo combined with steroids. I was starving. Im not after a freebie but I want what im paying for, especially when im not well. The counter cheese box was empty. Instead of the staff filling the cheese box I simply got no cheese on my very sought after nachos. My chicken tikka subway was also lacking the cheese I requested. I know for future reference, dont bother with this branch. The staff are lazy, they dont care and theyre stingy.

Eventually clarified the order and as met with an aggro “we don’t do that”. I pointed out that it was on the screen behind them. “Well we’re not in control of that!”… oh, I’m sorry, forgive me for requesting something being advertised in store. Bad attitude from the older lady, could have been resolved by saying “I’m so sorry, we did do it, but it’s recently been discontinued”. Instead, left feeling like I’d committed a crime. Hope this franchise goes under. Dire.

Tried to order at the till, waited ten minutes for anyone to come out from the back and then told can’t serve you only taking payments and then told to just wait as we’re busy! Joke service!! Happily walked out!! Went to the shop next door and found both young staff members outside vaping when I returned to the car!
