    I visited the Subway in Bromborough recently and unfortunately had a disappointing experience. The service was not up to standard, and the staff did not seem very attentive or friendly. My order was not prepared properly, and the overall quality did not match what I usually expect from Subway. The store itself also didn’t feel very clean or welcoming, which made the experience worse. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and works on improving both customer service and food quality. I wouldn’t recommend this branch based on my visit

    I must admit this Subway wasn't the best however due to where it is situated it is very convenient for me. The service has always been slow and the staff appear miserable. However the last few times i have been here i have noticed a new lady called Jen. Jen is an absolute delight. She works hard, always polite and friendly and nothing is ever too much trouble. She really is an asset to the company and has made significant improvements already.

    The blonde older woman is very rude. We went in this morning and she was very stressed as she had a big order of 15 sandwiches which she voiced to us and we said that’s fine we will wait. We then waited about 10 minutes then we got served. I told her I wanted 2 salad boxes. I wanted 3 fillings and she proceeded to tell me in a rude manner that it’s going to cost me extra which I already knew as I always get the same salad box every time. She then proceeded to be rude as she must’ve forgotten what meat I chose so I told her again and then said ‘yeah but which one’ she was very rude the whole time she served us until the end when she shown me my salad box and said ‘is this okay’ as she must’ve seen that I just didn’t even want to look at her. I can get that you’ve had a big order of 15 sandwiches but there’s no need to be stressed out on the customers who was happy to wait baring in mind she didn’t even apologise or thank us for waiting she just stood and looked at us to tell her what we wanted she didn’t even ask or approach in a friendly manner. The way she came across about the fillings/ meat I wanted seemed as if the £1.50 extra for the meat was coming out her wages as she seemed adamant for me not to have what I wanted in the box because of the price. Think from the reviews I’ve read she just needs to quit her job at this point. As for the lad who was working with was lovely. Feel sorry that he has to work with someone like that.

    Went in to subway this evening shop was empty and we stood there for 5minutes before the young lady behind the counter even looked up or acknowledged us she was abrupt and rude never once smiled kept her head down the whole time making us feel very very uncomfortable she was even abrupt and rude to the delivery driver, what an awful uncomfortable atmosphere and there was only the 2 if us in the shop food wasnt bad but had nicer , won't be going there again don't know why they closed eastham subway much friendlier staff and food much nicer
