  We'd like to take a moment to say a big thank you to the four gentlemen working the afternoon shift today, 30th September 2026, at around 2:45pm. We always come to this branch because it’s close to home, but also because it’s consistently one of the cleanest and the music is not too loud, and the staff are always so polite and welcoming. We’ve always had good experiences here, but I’ve never taken the time to write and say how much we appreciate it. Today, I came in with my husband, ordered our usual, and used the birthday milkshake voucher I received last week. I chose a coffee mix, but unfortunately, the first one was a little bitter. I simply asked if I could have some sweetener to balance it, but instead, the four lovely lads kindly made me a new one with a different coffee flavour. To the lovely lad who made me the new one, thank you so much. It was honestly the best milkshake I’ve ever had! 🥹 What really stood out was how kind, polite and helpful all four of them were. They didn’t have to go that extra step, but they did, and it genuinely made my experience even more enjoyable. Please pass on our appreciation to all four of them (sorry didn't get their names). They were absolutely wonderful and deserve to know that their kindness and great customer service were noticed and appreciated 💙

  Possibly one of the best burgers I have had in two years! Fullsome, fresh, tasty everything was brill. And the staff were super friendly and helpful! Worth the travel.

  Absolutely shocking service tonight from Five Guys Bromborough. Drove 25 minutes up the motorway, to drive back and find that they missed a patty on 1 burger and added bacon on that i did not ask for. I called to raise the complaint and was told the only solution was to drive 25 minutes back up the motorway… SHOCKING!!! I want a refund.

  Everyone who works here act like it's their first day on earth. Left our food on the side so they could all chat and didn't call it out. I walked forward and said is this ours and he tried to grab my receipt off me and ripped it. Then was confused when I said our number and asked if it was ours as no one had shouted it out. 5people in the kitchen so four can chat and the other one can walk around like his head is empty
