  The staff are always SO friendly. When I say "I would like cheese fries with extra cheese, and when you think there's enough cheese... Keep adding cheese." They do it. They check in to see if there is in fact enough cheese and they don't judge (to my face anyway 😂). Also, best milkshakes ever. Obvi.

  Burger was OK, far too many dry chips that were uncrispy and dry. Food took around 10 minutes to be served and the place wasnt that busy. Absolutely glum staff that couldnt muster up a smile between them.

  Our food was absolutely delicious Lewis cooked our burgers and definitely needs a pay rise The store was very clean even though it was very busy Standards here are excellent

  The man serving was very polite and welcoming. Although he was on his own and currently busy doing another order. He acknowledged me and apologised and let me know he would be right with me. His customer service in general was impeccable his name Was Lewis (Croft Retail park, Bromborough)
