  Member of staff ignored me as a delivery driver then served another one who came in 10 minutes after me and continued to ignore me by walking off. I then rang the bell again and when she returned she accused me of ringing the bell as she can’t drop what she is doing to serve me even though she just served the other delivery driver. She then told me “you know what your not having the food, cancel the order”

  Went here after my nabba britain bodybuilding show. Was dead when we went in noone in there no staff anywhere to be seen had to shout several times to get served. Once served food was fairly quick. Lots of fries lol only just managed to finish them and burger was bang on. Milkshakes need bigger straw gets blocked up by the oreo bits.

  Always top service, burgers are fresh and tasty and on the rare occasion of there being an issue with an order the staff have been super helpful and fixed it immediately. It’s more expensive but you can see why

  First time at five guys and omg, I will defo be back!! Liam S served us and he explained it so well, my daughter is so picky, so it was perfect for her!! I signed up to app as Liam suggested and got our fries for free, bonus!! The food was amazing and my burger was done my way! Thank you, I will be back.
