  Apart from phone signal dropping in here its a fab shop. It has pretty much everything you need from a big supermarket and even a cafe.

  Love this store , staff are very friendly helpful and polite , especially the guys doing the picking , .if I had one complaint it would be Congestion around the store far too cluttered to be honest.

  Purchased £80 uber gift card, it was faulty missing 4 letters unable to redeem. We showed our uber app transaction history. I purchased at 8am and came back at 7pm after work. Was told I had already left so wouldn’t give a refund and asked why didn’t come back straight away? How many customers redeem their gift card in the car park or outside Tesco? Do people not work? Was accused by rude male staff at self checkout that we scraped it off! Try get a gift card and scrape it off with a coin?! They’re designed to be scraped?! How else do you get the code to show? How is it the customers fault if the card is faulty and missing letters? How does the customer know they have to redeem it on the spot? If you leave apparently you can’t get it exchanged or refunded. Another excuse was it was scraped so no refund. Well if I didn’t scrape it to reveal the code how would I know the code is missing?! Would I be in Tesco asking to exchange the card? Maybe you should write the policy on the gift card stand that customers need to redeem it in store just in case it doesn’t work otherwise they’re not eligible for refunds.

  Just watched one of their vans from this store reverse into and knock down the wall of my neighbour who lives alone and is in her 80s. This was after the driver delivered to her! He got out and checked his van, then immediately drove off! A security camera opposite captured it and her son son has come down and he has it, but now he's going in circles with the phone system and bots. I feel for them. So much hassle! Shame on the driver. Is this Tesco’s values at work?
