After queueing and having to scan my own shopping and ensuring the security tag for my electrical item had been removed, I suffered the embarrassment and indignation of having my shopping bag searched and receipt inspected by a miserable security guard. Poor show Tesco. I understand that security from shoplifters is important to ensure losses aren't passed on to shoppers but at least train your security in customer service. Wouldn't it be nice if every honest shopper who is stopped is given a voucher or at the very least stopped in a dignified manor. Or, here's an idea have more staffed checkouts.

Forced to use self scans and I was refused an exchange of goods because the kiosk was closed. Won’t be here again.

Security tab left on item of FF clothing. Security alarm did not go off and assistant did not advise. Cannot find any phone number that is suitable for advice either on line or web site. I looks like I will have to travel 8 miles to return the clothing.

First time I'd been here for years. It's a huge store yet only one staffed check out was open which had a very long queue. I ended up at the self check out which took forever to complete with numerous scanning issues. The car park is poorly lit.
