Said the parcel wasn't there and it had been rejected. Funny enough it magically appeared after proving it had been tracked there and calling the head office. All it would of taken was a quick look in the back. Chap said it wasn't his job to answer the phone or look for parcels. Crazy how some people can work in these jobs.
