  Order was delivered swiftly and pizza was amazing and just as requested. Definitely better Off ordering from the actual dominos app. Delivery person was friendly

  Absolute joke of delivery! They have no idea where there going! Want to meet you on the road! Delivery drivers couldn’t deliver next door to dominos! Never ordering from here again! Pizza was shite too!

  on arrival to collect my pizza I was told 1 minute and the screen also showed 1 minute. I watched the screen and it went to checking QC and then Ready. It displayed ready for 5 minutes. The person at the till was more interested in training a new member of staff that keeping and eye on food that was ready to be handed to customers, When the people who were after me in the queue were givin their pizzas the till person realised I did not have mine and went to check. It had been sat on the shelf for over 5 minutes. There was no appology for the reduced quality due to it being sat on a shelf and when I pointed out he should be more concearned about customers than traing someone he made no attempt to rectify the situation and gave me the aging pizza. POOR customer service! There were lots of staff in the post oven section just chatting amongst themselves, again not focused on customers. Such a shame. I speak from experience of Dominoes as own a Domino rolex reward watch!!! This is not how I would run a franchise.
