  Took well over an hour for it to be delivered, missing sauce and they gave my partner dairy ice cream when we specifically ordered non-dairy.

  We were avoiding papa johns due to the bad reviews from previous management, but we decided to give them a go again given the new reviews. We’re so pleased we tried them! Delivery driver was lovely, food came very quickly, very hot. Pizza’s were very tasty with plenty of toppings! Think we’ve found our new favourite pizza place!! If you’re wondering whether to try them again, I very much encourage you to give them another chance.

  Just wanted to say good food is one thing but ….a happy delivery driver with a big smile on a rainy makes a big difference what a lovely young lady .

  All the staff are fantastic, sadly didn't get the name of the one lady but she went above and beyond for me. I turned up earlier on in the day to ask if the vegan pepperoni had been taken off the menu as it wasn't showing online, went home (to Stourbridge) and spoke to family and they also wanted pizza, so I went back. Extra sauce to make up for the fact I didn't want cheese which is absolutely incredible. Thank you guys so much, I will be coming back on my lunch for a pizza 😉 From what I have seen, these guys deserve a better rating on Google than what it is (due to old management reviews). I genuinely think if the old reviews weren't on here they'd have 5 stars.
