  Food was OK but def not worth the money. Staff were not very happy ,certainly not people friendly .

  I changed my business hotel booking to the Premier Inn from my usual booking. Sad to say that my experience at this Beefeater was appalling. Poor service at the bar, then told at 820pm that no bar food was available (no chefs) and no tables available in the restaurant. Unhelpful staff. I will not be staying at this Premier Inn again and certainly not eating in a Beefeater again

  If I could give 1 star I would. Absolutely awful in every aspect from the drinks with rotten lemon in and food undercooked and rotten vegetables on the plate.

  Great food and a really welcoming atmosphere at Orchard Beefeater, but the standout was the service from Jay. Friendly, attentive, and genuinely made the experience better. Absolute credit to the business — will definitely be back.

  We had breakfast here whilst staying at the premier inn next door. Good selection of hot food - bacon , sausages, mushrooms , beans, hash browns, tomatoes , scrambled eggs, fried eggs and black pudding. There was a lot continental items too ranging from cereals to croissants , fruits , yogurts , bread etc. They also had pancakes on the 1st day but none on the second - they said they were being recalled for allergens. Orange and apple juice available as well as a coffee machine. Would have breakfast here again if we ever stayed in the area.
