    Poor attitude from Shay. I've been a regular customer for many years at this store. My 5 yr old daughter needed a wee during a recent visit. I asked the security guard if she could use the toilet. Shay barged out from the back denying entry due to store policy. I understand there is no public toilet but you could have applied some empathy. You could see she was desperate. The security guard was also within close proximity. Poor decision in my opinion. Thanks to the staff that apologised on his behalf.

    Good shop to visit but unfortunley the secruity guards make feel like crimals if dont like look of you.i go alot after work i would really appreicate not being followed around the store.
