  Have t been to Five Guys for a long length of time. Took my 10 year old daughter with me. From start to finish the whole process was fantastic. The lady that served us, Gabriela, was incredible. Having not been for ages I forgot the ordering process, Gabriela was just fantastic. Explained to us how it worked and spoke to my daughter in a manner that made my daughter feel good too. I liked the fact she asked my daughter what she’d like rather than speak through me as a parent. The food was gorgeous as always too! The restaurant was clean and no sticky tables! We will be back! Gabriela though, keep up the great work! 10/10 for your efforts!

  Really good experience at Five Guys Worcester! Jamie was really friendly and went out of his way to give me a free refill drink. Great customer service and a nice touch that definitely made the visit better. Cheers Jamie! 👌

  Visited here on Friday evening. It was quite busy but only one person on the till. Once the patties were cooked they were places on the burgers but then there was no one packing the burgers up so they were getting cold. I eventually pointed this out and was told its ok the bench was heated. But the burgers were still cold. Very disappointed as the food isn't cheap. Certainly wasn't up to the standard we normally expect.
