- JCJay ChallisDec 26, 20251.0To be honest I wouldn't give 1 star due to the disgusting attitude of one worker I went in 26th December at 18.20,i was waiting at the till patiently then an older lady came along rolling her eyes didn't want to serve me at all I did say don't you like working on the tills to which she replied not when I have 100 things to do what a great attitude to have. such a massive inconvenience for her to serve customers, the staff are always lovely expect that lady who iv not come across before, her attitude is disgracefull and I will be lodging a formal complaint, people don't want to go shopping and be made to feel like your a problem because the staff member can't be bothered to serve customers,
- DPDipsey PuddlesJan 5, 20255.0I can't fault the staff at this co-op polite helpful all ways happy to have a quick chat, ok they closed 10.55pm boo hoo get a grip, they've probably had several days off kids running in on mass stealing whatever they like and leaving them with the fall out. People need to look at bit closer to home why they're sometimes closed before the store gets closed for good then you'll all be able to blame the staff for that as well.

If they say they close at 11pm the doors should be locked up at 11pm. I knocked the door and the lady come we spoke but the manager told her to ignore me and she did so. They acted like they couldn't give a s*** about the roles neither the customer. I usually go there in the morning and the staff are nice and sympathetic. But This experience of tonight ruined my view of the messy store that the employees don't even know its close time . Very disappointed.
