  Massive site, well organised and clean. Lots of goods with full shelves. Best i have seen so far in the area. Reccomend 👌🏻

  Brilliant shop with good stock levels and plenty of parking. Staff are always friendly and the store is always clean. Do our weekly shop there every week and travel to do so

  Seems that Tesco have put all their customer service efforts into home deliveries rather than in-store. We've used Tesco grocery delivery for many years and it is usually faultless. Delivery drivers are always pleasant and helpful. On the rare occasion I do go into the Redditch store, I don't get the same feeling of customer first attitude First impressions matter and you are glared at by the security staff as you arrive as if you shouldn't be there. Also some staff, albeit a minority, don't seem to want to help. I shall continue to use Tesco home grocery delivery but avoid going to the store.

  It's a supermarket but the trolleys are terrible, with all the money Tesco makes and a Co on 12 million a year salary. Surely they can spend money on the basics
