  Just had the woosh order cancelled. We've already paid and now have to wait 3-5 working days for a refund. What a joke!!!

  DO NOT LEAVE YOUR WALLET THERE STAFF WILL LOSE IT disgusting i am disabled Do not leave your wallet there? It will go missing by the staff. 1 week later, still no wallet. They told me they have it. Had to email c e o what I joke can't look after a customers belongings.How can thay look after their own stock and now this is there reply be email Thank you for getting in touch. I am so sorry this has not been resolved for you as yet. I am afraid the only action I can take from our office is to contact our store and ask our management to deal with this for you, I did contact our store on the 20th of January, has anyone contacted you as yet? If in fact the wallet you left behind in store has managed to be misplaced my only suggestion would be to apply for a new pass. I am sorry. My apologies for the inconvenience caused. Take care.   DO NOT LEAVE YOUR WALLET THERE STAFF WILL LOSE IT 💯 Absolutely disgusting i have worked in morrisons, and as Asda this would not happen I am disabled I am editing my comment.I left my wallet on the counter, staff told me they have it now they have lost it have had to email company.They apparently have got in touch with c.E o i have just phoned the store they are not allowed to talk to me about it.I want my wallet back this is disgusting I am disabled very very angry 11 days now no bus pass i can't go out and not one reply from email now disgusting and just got reply Thank you for getting in touch. And this is their reply I am so sorry this has not been resolved for you as yet.
