  Big difference between breakfast & dinner!! Arrived at hotel next door & went for evening meal around 1830, friendly greeting, shown to nice quiet table, lovely server, long blonde hair, super friendly & efficient. Wine ( in cooler) arrived quickly, was delicious, followed by tasty food, 3 courses all good, we thoroughly enjoyed it. Breakfast this morning was chaotic, disorganised, noisy, awful to be honest. Went to get fruit juice- no glasses- went to bar to ask, just got a shrug from staff. No pastries available, no sausages or beans either. Surely there is a staff member walking round keeping check on everything?? Food when it did arrive was awful, greasy, tasteless & just basically thrown in the serving dishes The staff member who seated us, male glasses short blonde hair was uninterested when we tried to pay, had his back to us on his phone, obv more important! We could have walked out, nobody would have known. Maybe they have given up already knowing in a month they will loose their jobs, feel sorry for the evening staff & hope they get jobs 🙏

  Absolutely gutted this place is closing down next month! We use this place for breakfast, lunch, date night, family gatherings, birthdays. We've never been disappointed. Food is great. Service is fantastic. Ill be so sad to see this place close.

  Visited Redditch yesterday Sunday26th July in a group of four of us with my partners family .We were greeted by Lea with a friendly smile .Our whole experience was very pleasent and enjoyed our food . Its a shame you are closing down this is were i hope you you will take on board my thoughts , if i was you i would try to keep Lea on in some form of employment .For a youngster i witnessed her training another young girl with such experience of someone much older .She appears a very hard worker and it was a pleasure to have her serve us today .

  Waited an hour and half for my dessert, I asked about it twice and was told that it was coming. I was watching tables come and go in the time and all I wanted was my dessert. I ended up leaving without having being served First course was ok and came out promptly.
