- AAAnnaApr 25, 20261.0The worst greggs I've been to. There's always a long queue so I decided to order via app thinking it would be quicker. Not only was my order not ready but when I arrived the staff ignored me for a few minutes. I waited just to be told that my bakes are still in the oven and I have to wait 3 min. I was a regular customer and the staff is well aware that I'm on my TEN MINUTE BREAK. I left and came back later, everything was alright..since that time I started booking earlier spot, 5 min before I intended to collect to avoid the same situation. And the staff thought so too, my orders were ready to collect 5-10 min before my chosen early spot... except one situation. I booked a slot at 9:50, arrived 10:02.. order not ready, they were waiting for one baguette... and asked me to wait 10 minutes! For one baguette! No apology, nothing. Rude unprofessional and slow, won't eat there again!

He was really helpful and polite and firstly solved an issue with some o2 priority codes. Then in my clumsiness i dropped one of the items on the floor and he was kind enough to get me a replacement free of charge. He didn't have to as it was my fault but it shows that great customer service and going over and above expectation is one of his key skills. I never got his name but wanted to say how grateful i am to him. You're a credit to your employer and excellent experience for me as a customer. Thanks again

We’ve been donating unsold food for a long time. Originally our bakeries would team up with large charities who would help distribute it to smaller organisations.
